Ann Guttman is a leading expert in New York City residential real estate specializing in the sale and purchase of luxury homes. Ann is currently an Associate Broker and head productivity coach with Keller Williams' NYC branch where she is renowned for her dedication to client success. She has been featured in Top Agent Magazine (April 2018 issue, pg. 42) for her accomplishments over her more than thirty-year career.
Before becoming a top-rated REALTOR®, Ann was a professional French horn player who played music all over the globe. Looking back, she recalls her motivation for changing career paths:
I lived in a co-op, and I was handling all of the sales and closings. It turned out that I really liked it and at the time there wasn’t much going on with my music work, so I decided to get my real estate license, and I haven’t looked back since.
As a former musician, Ann was able to bring in many clients through her music career, and her business quickly took off. In the years since she has held numerous executive positions in real estate firms across NYC.
Coupling her vast experience and extensive training with an aptitude for building long-lasting relationships, Ann has been exceedingly successful in New York’s highly-competitive market. By establishing trust and finding out exactly what their goals are, she is able to guide buyers and sellers through every stage of their sale or purchase. Her high rate of repeat and referral clientele is a testament to her track record of superior results.
An expert in NYC real estate, Ann maintains a unique vantage point from which to keep her eye on prevailing trends in her market. In particular, she notes that the market has been slowing down, but she believes it will pick back up as millennials start to buy:
I think people are a little gun shy right now. That being said, I believe that millennials in New York will start to make a lot of money and begin buying up the expensive apartments that my clients are currently moving out of.
Understanding that it is up to leaders like her to train the next generation of Realtors, Ann is currently the head productivity coach for Keller Williams NYC. Ann has also taken an intensive course at iPEC Coaching and runs her own company, Coaching Key Changes.
In her more than three decades as a Realtor, Ann has built a successful career and reputation for going above and beyond the call of duty to meet her clients' needs. Looking to the future, she plans to double her business while also getting more involved in the communities in which she works and lives. In her spare time, Ann enjoys volunteering with the ASPCA and hanging out with her three rescue dogs.
