Antonia Watson is one of New York City’s premier real estate authorities. She is the Team Leader and CEO of Watson International, the luxury private client division of the Corcoran Group, New York City's number one real estate firm with an annual sales volume exceeding $24 billion per year. There, Antonia ranks in the Corcoran Group's top twenty-five agents, specializing in high-end residential and commercial real estate. A perennial member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club and a Forbes “30 Under 30” Finalist, she is positioned among the top 1% of real estate professionals internationally.
Though Antonia officially earned her real estate brokerage license just over a decade ago, as she tells it, her tenure in real estate began long before that:
I’ve been in real estate my whole life. I was born into a real estate family so I’ve basically been managing properties, businesses and employees from the minute I could walk. My parents were prominent landlords, brokerage owners, and trading experts in the stock and commodities sectors as well. They bought many assets over the years, and so they needed the next generation—myself, my siblings, my cousins—to carry it on.
Before entering real estate, Antonia was a professional ballet dancer and earned her Bachelor of Arts in dance and religious studies magna cum laude. But with a strong family history in the estate business, she couldn’t stay away from her roots. After founding her own personally funded enterprise upon graduating university, Antonia was recruited by Corcoran where she is now Senior Global Advisor and Associate Broker.
Under the renowned Corcoran banner, Watson International has since grown into a multi-faceted team that currently handles both commercial and residential properties all over New York City, offering specialized services such as international purchase structure consulting, tax advantageous estate disposition, high yield and future yield asset acquisition, development consulting, investment consulting, debt elimination consulting, construction services, and strategic analysis for corporate purchases. During this time, Antonia has continued to build her own debt-free real estate portfolio as a prominent landlady, with an impressive collection of properties throughout the country.
Since founding Watson International, Antonia has accrued an impressive list of accolades. She has been ranked in the “Top 100” of NRT, the largest publicly traded real estate enterprise in the United States with over 57,000 agents, and has been featured on nationally broadcast real estate television shows such as Bravo’s hit series Million Dollar Listing New York and HGTV’s Selling New York. Widely regarded for her expertise in the New York market, Antonia is regularly mentioned in the New York Times, the New York Post, AM New York, Real Estate Weekly, and many other prominent publications.
The key to her success, Antonia has noted, is prioritizing the needs of her clients—a virtue she learned from her mother. Though Antonia herself owns an expansive portfolio of real estate, she is always sure to put her clients’ portfolios first. Working in highly specialized luxury markets, most of her clients are wealthy individuals—many of whom qualify as self-made millionaires and billionaires from all parts of the globe—who have established their wealth through major industries such as oil, steel, manufacturing, technology, fashion, finance, professional sports, the arts, and real estate. Of course, aside from being the “go to real estate expert” of the self-made upper echelon, she is also renowned as a trusted resource by royal families, political figures, and nobility across cultures whose wealth is dynastic and inherent.

The markets that I specialize in are extremely nuanced and sensitive to the financial sector and policy changes, so I always stay up to date on the latest trends in the stock, bond, commodities, and other markets, as well as in government and policymaking. By studying trends in these sectors, and by coupling these trends with a comprehensive understanding of wealth management and financial planning, I can anticipate where my particular real estate markets are headed and, in turn, anticipate the needs of my clients. I have a rare gift to be able to predict results in ways that have consistently, without fail, benefited my clients.
This client-focused approach has enabled Antonia and her team to sustain impressive production and rapid growth. Already one of the top producing teams in New York City, she intends to continue growing both her individual business as well as that of her other team members. Additionally, Antonia is always actively pursuing new acquisitions for her own portfolio.
Antonia lives in Manhattan and is a dual citizen of the United States and the United Kingdom. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, fundraising, reading, attending performances, visiting museums, participating in marathons, and—her other passion—taking ballet classes. She is also a member of the Tiro A Segno as well as the Metropolitan Club and is a patron member of Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and the Guggenheim Museum.
