I was looking for something more challenging, something different, and it’s something that I could do on my own time. That really appealed to me, and here I am fourteen years later.

I have seen a lot of new construction in the market and that has heavily affected the resale market as far as price per square footage goes. Last summer there wasn’t as much new construction on the market, so sellers were able to get top dollar for their properties. This year there is a lot of new construction and the builders are offering incentives which has been altering the resale values of existing properties. It’s much easier to sell something at the same price if it’s brand new.
But with his proven track record thus far, Ismail is well suited to rise to the challenges of a volatile market. And after nearly a decade-and-a-half of success behind him, he envisions even greater accomplishments ahead.
