Before his career in real estate, Gerry was a successful aerospace engineer, working as a building director for cellular space products for a small company. As he tells it, he was convinced to go into real estate after his department was dismantled:
They decided that they didn’t want to stay in the cellular space products business anymore, leaving me in a bind. I was looking for a new job when a neighbor of mine suggested that I would be good at real estate. It was never something I had considered, but I gave it a go and never looked back.
It didn’t take long for Gerry to develop a reputation as one of the savviest Realtors in Orange County. As a former engineer, he was able to apply his analytical skills from his past career to his work in real estate, reviewing past sold properties to benefit current buyers and sellers.
