Jeffrey is a second-generation real estate professional. He pursued his business education and attended USC's Entrepreneur Program. With 30 years as a successful entrepreneur, Jeffrey attributes his return to real estate to his mother:
My mother was a broker in SoCal for decades, so I grew up in the industry. Not just any broker, she was in the Who’s Who in the 1980s. In my 20s, I would buy, sell and develop property under my mother’s tutelage and with her licensed expertise. My focus then was single-family homes and apartment buildings as there were a lot of zoning changes happening in the valley. Here in Nevada, there is a similar climate of growth, and looking for a new opportunity, Real Estate was a natural fit."
Kirstin’s professional mantra is, “Bring value and make an impact.” Her 15 years in marketing and production make her an excellent advisor to both buyers and sellers. A marketing and production career in film and TV is not for the meek. My confidence made me focus only on the kingpin. If I got it right the first time, the rest would follow. If I didn’t get the position I wanted on a project, I asked for the title. Ha! Crazy as it sounds, it is true. I knew I could do anything and probably better. I was known for ‘Packing a Punch’ in an industry that is not very forgiving. I learned quickly the importance of building relationships, doing the research and understanding a client’s needs and goals. Be on time, and deliver.”
Working as a team, Kirstin and Jeffrey’s sales skyrocketed. After Kirstin became a licensed REALTOR® in early 2017, they tripled their transactions in just eight months. Today, they consistently rank in the Top 10 percent. They received in Incline Village a Top Producing Team “Outstanding Achievement Award” for 2018 among many other accolades.
More than half of their clientele are repeat and referral customers. As the national and global community continues to seek out residency in Nevada, so are corporations. Tesla moved to the Reno area, and has three-quarters of one of the largest hotels reserved for their employees. Google, Apple, PetCo, Starbucks, and many more are here. In fact, Starbucks now grinds 40 percent of their coffee south of Reno.
What does this mean for our clients? Kirstin and I are both Certified Relocation Experts. We work with USAA and Navy Federal relocation programs that require special training. Time is of the essence most often in any relocation scenario. We must know the market, the inventory, the real estate affiliates our clients will need and so much more. We really enjoy helping get these transactions executed as smoothly and as quickly as needed. We remain present and available to all our clients even after the close of escrow.
The Reno area is ripe with opportunity and we need to let our clients know. Client satisfaction comes before, during and after our first encounter.
