With fifteen years of experience, Jolene Rightmyer-Macolini is a distinguished real estate broker associate based in Ithaca, New York. Jolene currently works for Howard Hanna Real Estate Services where she leads the Jolene Rightmyer-Macolini Team in residential sales in Tompkins County and the Finger Lakes region. She has been recognized by realtrends.com for her commitment to client empowerment and satisfaction.
Today an eminent REALTOR®, Jolene started out her career in the computer technology field marketing new products. As she described, she first got interested in real estate after selling one of her own homes:
I was going through a divorce and was in the process of selling my home. I found the whole process very intriguing. I went to get my license within a month and never looked back.
Bringing her marketing expertise to a new industry, it was not long before Jolene became a top agent. She created the Jolene Rightmyer-Macolini Team in 2013 and the group has been Howard Hanna's top producing team in the Greater Tompkins County Area ever since.
In addition to her innovative and effective marketing strategies, what sets Jolene apart from her peers is her dedication to client empowerment. Her biggest goal is to make the real estate process as seamless as possible through individualized attention, superior negotiating, and an extensive network of industry professionals, hoping to create an environment where clients feel comfortable expressing what they want and confident they are making the right decisions. Jolene also offers complimentary staging and walkthroughs as a Certified Staging Professional®. Whether someone is looking to buy or sell, Jolene’s dependable and honest service ensures that she is a REALTOR® clients can trust to get the job done.
As the team leader, Jolene is constantly looking for new ways to improve their already reliable process. She is particularly passionate about educating her agents so they can better serve their clients. She commented:
Looking forward, I want to learn how to be a better coach so I can motivate my team and empower them to be all they can be. I want them to hone all of their skills and I want to be able to understand what their professional goals are so I can help them with that. And it’s important for me to stay up to date on my certifications not just to stay knowledgeable, but to serve as a mentor and source of inspiration for my employees.
When she isn't working with her team to improve their quality of service and depth of knowledge, Jolene supports the Cayuga Medical Center Foundation, which raises money for the local hospital. She is also a member of the Mentoring Women’s Network Foundation and is active in Habitat for Humanity.
