Patrick A. McCall is a distinguished lawyer and Certified Family Law Specialist based in Orange, California. With thirty-five years of experience, Mr. McCall is the founder of the Law Office of Patrick A. McCall where he has cultivated a reputation for his compassionate yet zealous client representation.
Mr. McCall had a brief encounter with the law as a teenager, which eventually inspired his career path. He recalled:
I unfortunately went into the juvenile system when I was young, but out of that experience came opportunity. I was able to see how the legal process worked, sparking my interest and setting the stage for my entire future. Upon entering my senior year of high school, I had decided that I was going to become a lawyer.
Mr. McCall earned his Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from California State University, Long Beach in 1979 and continued on to pursue his dream. He received his Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law in 1982, passed the California Bar in 1983, and opened up his private practice that same year. Since then, Mr. McCall has successfully tried hundreds of cases in everything from divorce and child custody to domestic violence.
At the Law Office of Patrick A. McCall, Mr. McCall ensures that no individual has to face difficult family law situations alone. Himself a husband and father of a blended family, he understands the tolls that legal disputes can have on families. As such, he has made it his priority to craft customized legal strategies that have his client's best interests at heart. Known for handling his cases with compassion and care, Mr. McCall is also a skilled negotiator and a strong litigator who is more than prepared to go to bat on behalf of his clients.
A thought leader in his field, Mr. McCall is a professor of family law at Saddleback Community College and has taught over sixty continuing legal education courses for his fellow attorneys. He is also a regular talk show guest on KRLA-AM (870) where he presents on developing trends in family law.
Mr. McCall has helped countless families move past their dark days over the last three and a half decades and shows no signs of slowing down. He is extremely passionate about what he does and is particularly active in the area of domestic violence as a current lecturer and adviser for Human Options, a battered women’s shelter in Orange County.
